Effective September 29, 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Pedro Ferrucci, developer of MySpent, based in Argentina ("we"), for using the MySpent app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
MySpent is an iPhone app to log expenses manually and see where your money goes: by category, by day, against a budget, and separating personal from business if you want. You enter the amounts; MySpent does not connect to banks or cards and does not move money.
MySpent is a record-keeping tool. It is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not replace your accounting records or a professional. Tracking business expenses helps you stay organized; it is not bookkeeping valid for tax authorities.
With the free plan you can log up to 3 expenses a day, from the app or the shortcut. The allowance resets at midnight in your phone's time zone. Recurring expenses logged automatically and subscription charges don't count against it. We may change the free allowance with advance notice in the app.
You can cancel your subscription at any time as described in section 4. Where your local consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from or get a refund for a distance purchase, you keep that right: request the refund from Apple and, if Apple doesn't resolve it, email us. In Argentina you have 10 calendar days from subscribing to revoke it (Law No. 24,240, section 34); see the withdrawal page (in Spanish).
With Unlimited you can name your business and mark each expense as personal or business. It is still a single account of yours: the business isn't a separate account and isn't shared with anyone. You can stop tracking the business at any time; expenses aren't deleted, they're shown together again.
You may not:
If that happens, we may suspend or close the account (see section 12).
The expenses and notes you enter are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app, its design, logo, the MySpent name and the code belong to us or our licensors; we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your Apple devices while you accept these terms.
We do our best to keep MySpent running without interruptions, but there may be downtime for maintenance, provider failures or causes beyond our control. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove something significant you paid for, we tell you in advance and, where applicable, you can cancel and request a prorated refund.
The figures MySpent shows (totals, projections, budgets, currency conversions) come from what you enter and are for guidance only. We are not responsible for financial, accounting or tax decisions you make based on them, or for errors in data you entered. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid for MySpent in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law, or our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms or if the law requires it; except in urgent cases, we tell you first and give you a chance to explain. If we shut MySpent down entirely, we give you at least 30 days' notice so you can request your data.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. For anything these terms don't cover, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app (product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims) or for third-party intellectual property claims. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless carrier's). You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts and consumer protection agencies where you live, and you keep the protection of your country's laws that cannot be waived by contract. Before any claim, email us: almost everything can be solved that way.
If we change these terms, we update the date above. If the change is significant, we tell you in the app at least 15 days before it applies; if you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account. Changes don't affect a subscription period you already paid for.
